We are seeking an Inside Sales Representative to join our team! EMJ is a leading supplier of Steel and Aluminum Bar, Tubing, and Plate to manufacturing companies in North America and around the world. Starting Annual Base Salary: $48,000

In addition to our competitive base salary we offer:

Extensive training (typically 3-6 months)

Quarterly bonus (In addition to our competitive base salary we offer: Quarterly incentives which can add 50% plus to the inside representative’s annual income.)

Responsibilities:

• Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
• Providing quick and intelligent quotes tailored to customer needs
• Learning and staying current with market conditions
• Prospect and contact potential customers
• Reach agreed upon sales KPI's
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Communicate and keep customers aware of latest developments
• Follow up and close customer inquires

• Multitasking skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields, preferred but not required
• Deadline and detail-oriented
• Excel Skills a plus

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,000.00 - $54,000.00 per year
